The shortest of the par threes and, at stroke index seventeen, the gentlest hole on the card — but the green still has to be found. The yardage tempts you to switch off, yet anything mis-struck or pushed off line leaves a trickier recovery than the scorecard suggests.

Take enough club to pitch the ball onto the green rather than coming up short, pick your line and commit. From the putting surface this is a realistic par, and a good chance to steady the round.
